Telling The Real Story : A community platform to share refugees’ stories

Telling The Real Story is an information campaign by the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) where testimonies are shared about the extraordinary journeys made by refugees and asylum seekers to Europe.

Telling The Real Story is holding a series of meetings with Somali and Eritrean refugees across Europe, from Italy to Denmark to Switzerland. Through this platform, UNHCR is supporting diaspora communities to tell their stories and raise awareness about important resources such as the REFUNITE family tracing platform.
