Arisha is REFUNITE’s Project Manager for the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solution and call centre in Pakistan. Her role at REFUNITE comprises of various aspects, including user research, prototyping and testing, as well as developing partnerships and liaising with stakeholders. Prior to working with REFUNITE, Arisha worked with Telenor in the Partnerships team. Arisha holds a BSc degree in Economics from Lahore University of Management Sciences, Pakistan.
