REFUNITE’s Goodwill Ambassador is Mads Mikkelsen, a famous Danish actor. He is the public face of REFUNITE and represents the mission. To raise global awareness for REFUNITE’s cause, Mads visits refugee camps, does interviews and TV shows. He also serves as a key figure in fundraising for REFUNITE’s projects around the world and participates in events where people can meet him and learn more about the organization.
“In the quest to reconnect families that have separated due to conflicts and disasters, mobile phones play a crucial role. A simple message can connect a brother to a sister, a husband to his wife or an entire family,” says Mads Mikkelsen.
